Kathleen Lane

Iowa Field Consultant

Ms. Lane is a consultant and speaker on Women’s Health and the Environment and conducts workshops on issues of women’s reproductive health and wellness. She is a partner in the Collaborative on Health and the Environment (CHE) and participates in the Reproductive Health Working Group. 

 A current board member of the Iowa Medical Aid Fund (Iowa’s NNAF) she serves on development as well as policies & procedures committees. A long-time advocate and activist, she was a founding member and first president of Women's Counseling Service Inc, which provided options counseling and abortion referral pre and post Roe v Wade. She is past chair of the Board of Directors of the Emma Goldman Clinic. 

As a Nutritionist, she maintains a general private practice with special focus on women’s health.
