NAPAWF Submits Joint Comments Opposing Proposed HHS Regulations
HHS recently issued a set of draft regulations that broaden and strengthen the legal protections for trained medical staff to deny health care services. In response, NAPAWF prepared joint comments with the Center for Reproductive Rights and the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health highlighting the impact of the proposed rule on low-income women and women of color.
